Terms & Conditions

Kesher Institute is a division of Pico Shul Alevy Jewish Learning Center (Kesher Institute hereby referred to here as “Kesher” along with its respective events, classes, seminars, programs, and other projects), (Pico Shul Alevy Jewish Learning Center hereby referred to here as "Pico Shul" along with its respective events, classes, seminars, programs, and other projects, including "Camp Neshama" and other divisions and projects).

1. Following the purchase (or as part of the purchase process) of the Kesher, Pico Shul, and/or Camp Neshama ticket(s) or other product, individuals may be asked to complete a survey in order to participate in the program. If the survey is not completed or if any or all of the conditions are not met, Kesher organizers have the right to cancel any registrations made. 

2. The Kesher, Pico Shul, and/or Camp Neshama organizers, it's partners, and/or affiliates (as Kesher, Pico Shul, and/or Camp Neshama determines) reserve the right to refuse online entry (and/or in person entry) and/or participation to any individual(s) as the organizers deem it to be necessary, after which a refund will be processed for the applicable ticket(s) and their respective prices paid.

3. Participants may be put into smaller groups for the different parts of the program. The Kesher, Pico Shul, and/or Camp Neshama organizers, it's partners, and/or affiliates (as Kesher, Pico Shul, and/or Camp Neshama determines) reserve the right to establish and sort these groups based on the survey question and other relevant information, at their discretion.

4. This ticket is non-transferable and only one ticket is valid per ticket purchased. Upon special request, and at the full discretion of Kesher, Pico Shul, and/or Camp Neshama organizers, an exception may be made under special circumstances.

Retreat registrations are refundable up to 1 month prior to the retreat start date. Up to 2 weeks before the start date, one half of the registration is refundable, minus $25 which will be retained for the associated administrative costs.

5. Any persons who are exhibiting inappropriate behavior, may be asked to leave the online Event (class, seminar, or respective in person program) and no longer participate in Kesher, Pico Shul, and/or Camp Neshama, it’s programs, or other affiliated events.

6. The Kesher, Pico Shul, and/or Camp Neshama organizers, it's partners, and/or affiliates (as Kesher, Pico Shul, and/or Camp Neshama determines) have the right to film, photograph, and use the likeness, image, name, and location of the participants.

7. In order to help participants have the best experience, Kesher, Pico Shul, and/or Camp Neshama may, from time to time, share the basic details collected during the purchase, checkout, or subscription process, within Kesher's, Pico Shul's, and/or Camp Neshama's organizers, it's partners, and/or affiliates (as Kesher, Pico Shul, and/or Camp Neshama determines). You may request in writing to not have this information shared.

8. As part of the purchase, checkout, or subscription process, you may be entered into the Kesher, Pico Shul, and/or Camp Neshama system and may receive communication from the Kesher, Pico Shul, and/or Camp Neshama organizers, it's related products, divisions (including its parent organization), partners, and/or affiliates (as Kesher, Pico Shul, and/or Camp Neshama determines). If you no longer wish to receive communications from Kesher, Pico Shul, and/or Camp Neshama, you may unsubscribe at any time.

9. By proceeding to purchase and checkout any Kesher subscription, such as but not limited to the "Kesher Membership," the purchaser is understood to be in agreement with "your payment information [being] stored on a secure server for future purchases."

For some events where tickets or reservations are made through, or on behalf of Kesher, Pico Shul, and/or Camp Neshama, where the approval of registrants is required, your payment will be processed upon acceptance.

10. Kesher, Pico Shul, and/or Camp Neshama reserves the right to modify and update any class pricing at any time. Kesher, Pico Shul, and/or Camp Neshama also reserves the right to modify any and all subscription pricing at any time, at which point any existing subscriber will be notified of the impending change.

11. Should any part of these Terms and Conditions be found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall be binding with the same effect as if any invalid or unenforceable provision did not exist.

12. By proceeding with and completing a ticket purchase, registration, and/or subscription (or other purchase on the Kesher site, or sites utilized by Kesher, Pico Shul, and/or Camp Neshama) and by accepting these Terms and Conditions you and all applicable ticket holders, subscribers, and registrants are hereby understood to be in agreeance with the Terms and Conditions enclosed herein.
